It is an excellent opportunity for people with an interest in motor vehicle parts to learn so much more in the world of motor mechanics, as well as becoming an excellent customer focused individual.

The role will include various customer service and warehousing duties, such as the following:

  • Stock inventory

  • Maintain excellent levels of service to our customers.

  • Receiving deliveries from external and internal suppliers

  • Checking deliveries against delivery notes

  • Ensuring all parts are stored in the correct place

  • Assisting van drivers with loading/unloading

  • Picking parts for urgent dispatch

  • Assisting with keeping the workplace clean and tidy

  • Health & Safety in the workplace

  • Preparing customers orders, packing and wrapping goods

  • Dealing with customer queries

  • Counter service might be required in busy periods

Training to be Provided

Warehouse & Storage Apprenticeship training to include:

  • Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing and Storage

  • Functional Skills (English & Maths)

  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities in a Logistics Operation

  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
