The role will include various customer service and warehousing duties, such as the following:
Maintain excellent levels of service to our customers.
Receiving deliveries from external and internal suppliers
Checking deliveries off against delivery notes
Ensuring all parts are stored in the correct place
Assisting van drivers with loading/unloading
Dealing with customer queries/serving customers
Picking parts for urgent dispatch
Customer Service Apprenticeship Training to include:
Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service
Technical Certificate in Customer Service
Functional Skills (if required)

Duration: 12 months
Motor Parts Direct
40 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. (Can be flexible dependant on individual circumstances)
Good level of communication skills
Team working abilities
Punctual and enthusiastic
3 x GCSEs at grades A* - E (or equivalent) in Maths, English and ICT.
