We have a fantastic opportunity for a Internal Sales Support to join Microtech Electronics Ltd, which is a manufacturing company based in High Wycombe.
As the Internal Sales Support you will be required to develop and maintain strong working relationships with company personnel and customers. The role is to provide excellent sales support, customer service and to represent the organisation in a professional manner at all times.
You will report to the Internal Sales Co-ordinator / Internal Sales Manager.
Your duties will include the following:-
Acts as admin support for the team
Loading customer orders
Sending out order acknowledgments
Maintain the company databases
Putting customers quote request into quote format
Dealing with customer requests via phone & e-mail
Sending out official quotes to customers.
Co-ordinating with departments making sure customer requests are dealt with & deadlines met.
Progressing orders, working with our production team to make sure we meet customers delivery dates.
Provide feedback to the Sales Team on quotes / live orders & lost business
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Continually supporting the business / working with the Internal Sales Co-ordinator / Sales Manager to improve the department
Training to be Provided
Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service
Technical Certificate in Customer Service
