The role will include various customer service and warehousing duties, such as the following:

  • Counter sales

  • Stock inventory

  • Maintain excellent levels of service to our customers.

  • Receiving deliveries from external and internal suppliers

  • Checking deliveries off against delivery notes

  • Ensuring all parts are stored in the correct place

  • Assisting van drivers with loading/unloading

  • Dealing with customer queries/serving customers

  • Picking parts for urgent dispatch

  • Assisting with keeping the workplace clean and tidy

Training to be Provided

Customer Service Apprenticeship Training to include:

  • Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service

  • Technical Certificate in Customer Service

  • Functional Skills (if required)

  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities

  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
