The role will include various customer service duties, such as the following:
Dealing with customer queries.
Assisting with keeping the workplace clean and tidy
Promoting various services
Dealing with appointments
Updating customers information and accounts.
Customer Service Apprenticeship Training to include:
Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service
Technical Certificate in Customer Service
Functional Skills (if required)
