The role will include various customer service duties, such as the following:

  • Dealing with customer queries.

  • Assisting with keeping the workplace clean and tidy

  • Picking stock

  • Answering phones

  • Promoting various services

  • Team Work

  • Dealing with appointments

  • Updating customers information and accounts.

Training to be Provided

Customer Service Apprenticeship Training to include:

  • Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service

  • Technical Certificate in Customer Service

  • Functional Skills (if required)

  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities

  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills

Qualifications Required

3 x GCSEs at grades A*-E (or equivalent) in Maths, English and ICT.
