An Apprenticeship allows my to do both of these things.<\/p>\n<p>My <a href=\"http:\/\/atgapprenticeships.com\/engineering-apprencticeships.html\">Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship<\/a> started with 8 weeks foundation at ATG Training. Following this I go to my employer where <a href=\"http:\/\/atgapprenticeships.com\/engineering\/btec-3-diploma-mechanical.php\">I\u2019ll be studying for my BTEC &amp; NVQ<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>My ambition is to continue learning whilst <a href=\"http:\/\/atgapprenticeships.com\/engineering\/hnc-hnd.php\">working towards\u00a0and achieving an HNC in Mechanical Engineering<\/a>. When I reach that level I intend to continue my studies and achieve a Master\u2019s Degree, all whilst working for my employer and earning a salary.<\/p>\n<p>An Apprenticeship is just a different way than school and University of getting to that level.\u00a0I&#8217;ll also gain valuable engineering manufacturing experience which purely academic study cannot gain me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I chose to become a\u00a0Mechanical Engineering\u00a0Apprentice because I didn\u2019t want to stay at school any longer and wanted to work and earn money, but still want to continue\u00a0with my education.
