Norfolk House Consultants Ltd is seeking an Office Administrator for their office in Milton Keynes.
Key tasks and accountabilities:
- Answering telephone calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Filing and photocopying
- Liaising with designers
- Assisting with designing and producing marketing materials
- Promoting the BITA exhibition by post and telephone
- Preparing fabric samples for postage
- Building contact databases
- Other general administration tasks as required
There will be the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business.

Working weekly hours
30 hours per week; 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch

Skills Required
- Computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and the Internet.
- Communication skills – on the telephone, in writing and face to face.
- Numeracy and literacy
- Attention to detail.
- General office experience, particularly customer service, would be ideal but is not essential.
Personal qualities:
- Well presented, punctual and articulate.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and keen to learn.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
Qualifications Required
5 GCSE passes (A*- E grades) including Maths and English (or equivalent).
