Check in all proof of delivery (POD’s) and keep POD folder up to date. Help send out customer invoice and file away. Assist account office with any admin dutes. Help to keep the office clean and tidy. Reply to emails as needed and answer phone calls in a professional manner. Help to Maintain all offcie admin. We pride ourselves on our customer service level so you will be expected to uphold that level of customer service. We are a small company and so may be asked occasionally to help with something outside your job role. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and is willing to help out where needed.

Training to be Provided

Diploma in Business Administration,

Functional Skills; Math’s, English & ICT and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
